Spring Birthdays

March 17th started our Birthday celebrations for the kids.  Gracyn turned 10 this year. She fell in the front yard and broke her arm the Saturday before her birthday.  (Post coming soon)
On her actual birthday we had an appointment at the Orthopedic clinic to have it put in a cast.  She was pretty upset about missing school on her birthday.  But we did get to meet up with her Nana for lunch.

Then we went to the nail salon for her first real manicure.

We also picked up GiGi's cupcakes for later that night.

Friday night she had her birthday party at the house.  She borrowed Tanner's idea and had a bonfire in the backyard.  She invited girls and boys and had a really great turn out.  We grilled hot dogs and had the most delicious cake ever.  And the photo booth action was fun too.

Happy 10th Birthday Gracyn Elizabeth!!

Just yesterday, April 26th, Tanner turned 14.  I can hardly believe that he is 14 years old.  He found out this week that he made the JV basketball team for next year.  JV!!  My baby will be a high schooler.  Crazy!

He had a small gathering with just a few of his very close friends.  The bonfire went well.  They played a ton of basketball and Xbox, and ate a whole bunch.  Teenage boys eat SO MUCH!

We ended the night with a mini fireworks show, but had a few really loud and big ones thrown in as a finale.

Happy 14th Birthday Tanner!!
