Disney = A Royal Affair {Part 2}

Finally, another Disney photo post.  Gracyn had the best time ever in Disney World.  She especially loved getting the royal treatment at the Bippiti Boppity Boutique.  She may be nearing double digits in age, but she is still in love with all things Disney Princess.  She collected autographs, and even got to meet her favorite princess, Jasmine.  See for yourself. . . .

A Princess is what you were mean't to be, because being sweet comes naturally.

Disney = JOY {Part 1}

As you know, the kids went to Disney World last week without us.  I am still enjoying catching up with them, and WILL NOT let them leave again without me in tow.

My wonderful sister in law took some fabulous pictures to document the trip.  If you know me well, you know that I love a good picture.  I love group shots and a pretty smile and a nice pose.  However, I love a candid or "in the moment" shot even more.  If a photo can really capture the emotion of the moment, it just can't be beat.  These are the types of photos I like to take when we are vacationing together.  And Carrie did an amazing job getting those pictures for me. (THANK YOU Carrie!) The first three pictures below have moved right to the top of my favorite picture of all time list.  See for yourself. . .

Tina

Disney Bound

This past Saturday was a special day.  We put the kids on their first flight ever, and they headed off to Disney World with the grandparents.  We woke up to a messy, rainy, EARLY morning.  Bobby and I dropped them off at the airport and said a quick goodbye.

I love the smiles.  The excitement level was at an all time high for these kids.

I am so thankful for my sister in law who has been sending me great photos throughout the whole trip.  They have been away for five days now and I miss them terribly.  I know they are having an awesome time on the trip, but I cannot wait to see their faces.

I just think they are so cute in these photos.  Again, I am beyond gracious for family who understand how much a picture means to me!

After they arrived in Orlando, I received the photo below via text from my brother in law.  HA!HA!  They had me going for a minute.  I figured it was a joke, but the more I thought about it, the more I worried.  But Tanner was fine, and he really enjoyed his first flight.

Relaxing on the shuttle to Disney World.  Waking up at 4:00 AM is for the birds.

Here they are at the end of the day Saturday.  Posing like little sweeties in front of Cinderella's castle.

Saturday night Bobby and I took advantage of the rare alone time and went out for a bit.  We really did not "go out".  We just ran to town to return some Christmas gifts, and then Bobby was kind enough to follow me around TJ Maxx while I looked at everything under the sun.  He even posed for a selfie with me before we left.  You know it is a good day if you can get my husband to take a selfie.

And the best part. . .we ran by Edgar's to pick up some sweet treats!

Then we headed back home to watch movies and relax on the couch.  It was a LONG day, and an emotional day.  But it was a good day.  I cannot wait for those babies to get home and tell me every detail of every day!

Not only have the kids been away, but Bobby left for Texas on Monday for his annual sales meeting. I enjoy alone time as much as the next girl, but I'm not a big fan of being home alone after dark, its just not for me.  He will be home any minute now, and I will be meeting him at the door.

XOXO,
Tina
