Is it Friday again already? Last week I joined the Show us your life blog party at Kelly's Korner, and it was great. I got lots of good dinner recipes to try out. This week is even better, it's dessert week!!!!! YAY!!I am going to share another quick and easy recipe that I like to make alot. ANYONE can make this, even my 5 year old!!
Strawberry Shortcake
What you will need:
1 Angel food cake (I use the ones that are already made in the bakery/snack cake area)
2 large containers of frozen strawberries
1 large container of Cool Whip
What you need to do:
Just take your Angel food cake and cut it up into cubes. I usually make this in one of those big parfait dishes. (Not really sure what they are called.) Just put a layer of Angel food cake in the bottom and then pour some strawberries in for the next layer, then add a layer of Cool Whip. Just repeat as many times as desired. Normally I do two really thick layers of each. Then top it all off with more Cool Whip!! Simple, but yummy!!

Bubba ♥ strawberries, but hates whipped cream! What's wrong with that kid? He doesn't know what he's missing!
